Abstract: We analyzed Hong Kong stock buyback activity for the week ending Jun 12th, covering 123 companies with total repurchases of HKD 7,563 million, roughly flat versus HKD 7,513 million the prior week. Participating company count rose 16.0% week-on-week. The top three buyers were Tencent (700 HK) at HKD 2,502.9 million, AIA (1299 HK) at HKD 1,330.2 million, and Xiaomi (1810 HK) at HKD 495.7 million. Over the past 30 days, total buybacks reached HKD 29,286 million across 159 companies, again led by Tencent (HKD 8,242.6 million), AIA (HKD 7,647.3 million), and Xiaomi (HKD 1,803.5 million). Notable first-time buyers in the weekly top 10 include GCL Technology (3800 HK) with HKD 149 million and J&T Global Express (1519 HK) with HKD 118 million.
