Abstract: We analyzed Hong Kong stock buyback activity for the week ended April 24th, based on HKEx daily reports. Total repurchases across 74 companies amounted to HKD 2,812 million, broadly in line with HKD 2,922 million the prior week, with the number of participating companies 5.7% higher week-on-week. The top three repurchasers in the past 7 days were AIA (1299 HK) at HKD 1,400.8 million, Xiaomi (1810 HK) at HKD 673.6 million, and Kuaishou (1024 HK) at HKD 121.9 million. Over the past 30 days, AIA led with HKD 4,125.4 million, followed by Tencent (700 HK) at HKD 3,799.7 million and Xiaomi at HKD 2,495.0 million, with total 30-day buybacks reaching HKD 16,916 million across 112 companies.
