Abstract: We analyzed Hong Kong Stock Exchange buyback data for the week ended August 14th, with total repurchases of HKD 632 million across 18 companies, up 24.1% from HKD 509 million the prior week. The three largest buyers over the past 7 days were HSBC (5 HK) at HKD 180.5 million, Link REIT (823 HK) at HKD 151.9 million, and Xiaomi (1810 HK) at HKD 149.8 million. Over the past 30 days, Xiaomi led with HKD 702.7 million in repurchases, followed by Link REIT at HKD 548.4 million and HSBC at HKD 180.5 million, with total 30-day market buybacks reaching HKD 3,376 million across 137 companies. Over the trailing 90 days, Tencent (700 HK) dominated with HKD 15,971 million in buybacks, followed by AIA (1299 HK) at HKD 7,400 million and Xiaomi at HKD 3,753 million, out of HKD 50,398 million in total repurchases across 236 companies.
