Abstract: We analyzed KRX foreign holdings as of May 15th, with total foreign holdings in stocks with a market cap of at least USD100m at USD1,520bn, down from USD1,574bn a week ago. We estimate net weekly foreign flows were outflows of USD12,134m, as aggregate foreign holdings declined USD54bn (3.4% WoW), a substantially larger move than the KOSPI index which fell only 0.1% over the same period. The largest weekly outflows were concentrated in Samsung Electronics (USD6,143m), SK Hynix (USD4,000m), Mobis (USD625m), Hyundai Motor (USD384m), and Doosan Enerbility (USD369m). On the inflow side, Rainbow Robotics received USD166m, LG Display USD109m, and TaihanElecWire USD107m.
