Abstract: We analyzed Hong Kong stock buyback activity for the week ending Sep 18th, with 135 companies repurchasing a total of HKD 2,606 million, down 18.9% from HKD 3,213 million the prior week. The number of participating companies rose 2.3% week-on-week. The top three repurchasers over the past seven days were Tencent (700 HK) at HKD 502 million, Bidu (9888 HK) at HKD 250 million, and Link Reit (823 HK) at HKD 195 million. Over the trailing 30 days, Tencent remained the dominant buyer at HKD 3,808 million, followed by Bilibili (9626 HK) at HKD 784 million and Kuaishou (1024 HK) at HKD 767 million across 173 companies totaling HKD 11,991 million.
