Abstract: We analyzed A-H premium changes across 179 dual-listed A-H stocks for the week ending April 24th, with the average A-H premium at 68.5%, up 0.9ppt week-on-week. The week's premium expansion was led by Consumer Discretionary (+5.0ppt), Materials (+3.6ppt), and Energy (+2.1ppt), while Real Estate (-7.3ppt) and Consumer Staples (-2.2ppt) saw the largest contractions. Among the top gainers by absolute change, Zhejiang Shibao led with a +28.7ppt increase to 333.0%, followed by Jiangsu Lopal Tech. (+26.6ppt to 108.8%) and China Longyuan Power (+16.9ppt to 202.5%, the highest z-score mover in Utilities). The largest premium declines were in Beijing North Star (-19.7ppt to 156.2%, z-score of -2.56), YOFC (-11.9ppt to 91.9%), and Hua Hong Semiconductor (-10.5ppt to 47.5%, driven by its H-share outperforming +19% versus the A-share +12%). BYD also featured prominently among statistically significant movers, with a +6.0ppt change at a z-score of 2.02.
