Abstract: We analyzed A-H premium changes across 180 dual-listed A-H stocks for the week ending April 17th, 2026. The average A-H premium stood at 67.6%, declining 0.6ppt week-on-week and 1.4ppt over the past four weeks, with 84 stocks seeing premium increases and 96 seeing decreases. Utilities led sector gains with the average premium rising 5.8ppt, while Information Technology saw the largest decline at 4.6ppt. The top weekly premium increase was China Longyuan Power (up 27.8ppt to 185.6%, z-score 3.8), followed by Yantai North Andre Juice (up 25.2ppt) and PICC (up 8.9ppt, z-score 2.0). On the downside, Cig Shanghai fell 32.7ppt (z-score -3.5), China Coal Energy dropped 7.5ppt (z-score -2.2), and Hans Cnc declined 15.9ppt.
