Abstract: We analyzed the MS-India Index's consensus earnings for June 2026. The index's 2027E EPS rose to 135.1 rupees from 134.3 rupees in May, representing a 0.59% month-on-month increase, though only 56 stocks saw upward revisions against 80 with downward revisions. Top upward revisions were led by National Aluminium with a 21.1% EPS increase and 0.77 rupees contribution to index EPS, supported by ICICI Bank contributing 1.1 rupees and Federal Bank at 0.825 rupees. Downward revisions were dominated by Hindustan Petroleum with a 94.1% EPS decline reducing index EPS by 0.254 rupees, Vedanta with a 70.3% downward revision and 1.44 rupees negative impact, and Oil and Natural Gas at 0.532 rupees.
